Staff who participate in the professional development program will be better able to:
- articulate the definition of student success;
- articulate contributions to or support of student success;
- collaborate to foster student success.
Implementation of the program will enable the Division to:
- respond to the needs of professional development for staff;
- promote professional development for staff to enhance the quality of student success;
- assess professional development for staff.
