University Registrar
Laurie Herbrand is the university registrar at UC Merced. Laurie received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, her master’s degree from Indiana University, and her doctorate from Ball State University. She has worked in higher education for nearly 30 years as a faculty member and in the academic advising and registrar in both public and private institutions.
